VSTR Widebody (A) audio issues

I just bought the car from import and when you start the car it sounds great and the pops while revving sound great, but when your driving the audio is almost non existent. It sounds super muffled almost like a electric car.

I Would like the cars audio while driving to match the audio I hear when starting it and the pops, I have linked a clip of the sound below as well to help explain what I’m talking about.

I also tried customizing the car out at a mechanic to see if that would do anything but the audio issue still persists.
