Vehicle Matte Paint and Extras

Matte Paint doesn’t stick to cars after being pulled out of a garage with the paint on, it just reverts back to metallic.

And extras for PD cars also reappear either when the vehicle is repaired or pulled out of a garage, but it’s not an every time thing, sometimes you’ll repair the car, and extras won’t appear, other times they will. Same with pulling a vehicle out of a garage, sometimes they appear, other times they don’t.
