Vehicle Fix

The Annis ZR350 Hycade Street Spec (A) headlights don’t open up all the way like it used to when you would turn on the headlights. You can barely see the headlights when you turn them on and make the aesthetic of the car look horrible when the eyelids stay down and cover it. If this could be fixed that would be greatly appreciated.
