Ubermacht Cypher Performance

It is U class, beautiful looking and has decent acceleration but has very bad high speed performance for its price (150k+ Stock MSRP). Even with performance maxed (aside from suspension) for an extra 35-40k , it accelerates extremely sluggishly once it gets around 115mph and only hits high 130’s/140 if i hit a bump going downhill. Where the overall cost of the car when upgraded is pushing 200k, I feel it should have at least B class performance. I fully repaired it and did a highway pull in the videos here as an example.
