Trucking Location - No NPC

There is a Chemical run drop off location for trucking, I’ve gotten it 4 times today and every single time the NPC has never shown. Location: Humane Labs. Seems like it’s the only issue I’ve come across.

No way to reproduce it, it’s random.

Where I circled is where the NPC is supposed to be standing. But he never shows. I’ve done this run quite a few times, this is the first day and only one who hasn’t shown so far for me.

Do you see the NPC marker on your GPS when this bug occurs?

It seems like something else is at play here, players do these routes quite often perfectly fine and have the ped spawn.

I will test these locations myself on my local host, and confirm.

I need more information though:

Does the Yellow truck GPS marker disappear? Do you see the ghost truck?
Is it just the NPC missing?

Yes, it’s just the NPC Missing. I personally would have included other information you requested had it also been missing. So to confirm, the yellow truck marker on the GPS and the ghost truck show up. Only thing that doesn’t is the NPC. However, I will add that it might be trailer related. Take for example the Chemicals Run to Humane Labs. The only time the NPC has not shown was when I was hauling the trailer from my original posting. However, the NPC does show when I haul the tiny little yellow chemical trailer to the same location.

Yo my man, can you still help with this? I found the issue, its the NPC s_m_y_cop_01 every single time it happens. That npc needs to be removed/replaced.
