Trophy Not Working - Hauler Hank

After clicking “use” on the trophy, I get a loading bar and then a green message as seen in the video. However, the trophy has no visual appearance on my body. When typing /trophy, I get the red message seen in the video. I also screenshotted the f8 data that I could see. If there is any more data I can provide I am happy to do so. TY!
