Towing Truck Performance Upgrades Don't Work

Title is fairly spot on. The “performance upgrades” the tow truck is supposed to get at levels 70, 75, 85 and 100 do not work. I don’t fully know if level 100 doesn’t work, I’m just taking a highly educated guess based on what I’ve experienced. I’m currently level 96 in Hauling and let’s start with the fact that you can clearly hear that there is no turbo in the tow truck at level 70. And also the fact that levels 70-85 with these “performance upgrades” the truck does not get to max speed any faster nor exceed a max speed of 75mph. So there’s no real reason to feel level 100 is any different. I will, however check tomorrow and get back when I hit it.

How to reproduce? Pretty straightforward. Just take out a tow truck at said levels.

Expected behavior? Truck has 5 gears and will hit above 90mph so I would expect a level 100 tow truck at least to hit 100mph without going downhill.
