Tier 2/3 bank trucks

Tier 2 and 3 bank trucks seem to have the same odds of giving a high tier bank keycard as tier 1 bank trucks. This heavily deincentivizes people from doing higher tier bank trucks. This is worsened when you consider the payout of a tier 3 bank truck is lackluster paying approximately 30k. Why do a tier 3 bank truck when you can do three tier one bank trucks and have three chances at bank cards.

I would like to see a proportionate increase in the odds of pulling a blue or red keycard from higher tier bank truck. For example a tier 2 truck might have a 50% higher chance of pulling a red or blue card and a tier 3 has a twice the odds of pulling a red or blue keycard.

An alternative solution would just be to buff the amount of loot given by higher tier bank trucks to increase incentive.
