Supporting the City via Boosts.

I think a good suggestion would be putting pauses on skill boosts due to jail time. Everyone doing trucking speeds, especially when a boost is active, I think that pausing the boost when getting sentenced to jail would have a lot more people getting them. Since I went to jail with a boost active, I know for a fact I will not be purchasing anymore
