Stuck under the map

Stuck under the map while downed. Was having a voip glitch where button wasnt working and I couldnt hear or say anything. I changed my voice from push to talk to voice activated and nothing was working. I went and tested the mic and it was working in every other program just not fivem and was trying to text my friend driving I would have to take a nap, and unbuckled when I hit the b button while texting and flew out on the free way. I f8 cuz of previous glitch and appeared to be invisible to him had no issue on flat ground or on highway before but when I logged back in I spawned on the freeway and then fell through the map and ended up at the bench. I tried to f8 but it kept me under the map. plz help I have expensive items and a friend that was right there to help if I didnt have glitching issues.
