Staff Responses

First off I would like to say I am more than aware that everyone has a life outside of this server. People can not be available 24/7 365, which is fine. My only concern is that I feel as if most staff members or tickets go days or weeks, possibly even longer without anyone looking at it. I am well aware they have more important things to do concerning the server and all the new things they are focused on at the moment. However, it feels as if the player base gets neglected. I’ve spoken with many people who feel the same. All we ask is that the staff members locate some more time to us as a player base!
