Respawning Tweak

With there being very limited EMS most times of the day it doesn’t quite make sense for people to lose a lot of items in their inventory when there’s little to no chance of EMS pulling up. Could there be a change to wear we don’t lose items or at the very least lose less items. The players can’t help the inactivity of EMS but the Civs seem to be the ones getting punished due to it.
