Replace mind game for gym cuffs and VU

the current mind game for the gym breaking cuffs and cleaning money at the vu is terrible, its buggy skips all over the place and feels out of place in the city with all the newer UI and what not thats being added…. even if breaking cuffs was switched to the lockpick for parking meters or inside of house robberies it would make more sense and feel much better…. and the gym and VU could be changed to the same mind game as searching garbage…. IMO its just a better mind game and is less buggy with freezing and stutter issues.
