Remove s_m_y_cop_01 NPC from Government Trucking Runs. It seems this NPC is the culprit behind the package drop-off npc not appearing. Every time it happens, the F8 data shows the NPC it attempted to spawn was s_m_y_cop_01

F8 data below, and see my previous bug report from 8 days ago for multiple other examples where the drop-off NPC didn’t appear and was s_m_y_cop_01.

Can we remove s_m_y_cop_01 from the NPC pool for Government Trucking Runs? This should fix the issue, or at least remove the runs that don’t work.

    did one run so far today and same thing again, remove s_m_y_cop_01 NPC from Government Trucking Runs

    Another run today where drop off npc isn’t there and it is s_m_y_cop_01
