Remove s_m_y_cop_01 NPC from Government Trucking Runs. It seems this NPC is the culprit behind the package drop-off npc not appearing. Every time it happens, the F8 data shows the NPC it attempted to spawn was s_m_y_cop_01

F8 data below, and see my previous bug report from 8 days ago for multiple other examples where the drop-off NPC didn’t appear and was s_m_y_cop_01.

Can we remove s_m_y_cop_01 from the NPC pool for Government Trucking Runs? This should fix the issue, or at least remove the runs that don’t work.
