Remaking the rules

I feel as many of the rules are incredibly vague and up for interpretation. I feel if the rules especially pertaining to gang beefs and wars were more detailed, a lot of people spend so much time in this city and then get banned over rules they simply misunderstood or were not properly laid out. A simple rework of said rules in a more detailed way would significantly cut down on un-necessary bans as most of said bans probably would not have had happened if they knew they were breaking the rules. This would also cut down staff work as it would surely result in less bans!
