random time out disconnects. ruins the server

This can happen 4-5 times per hour. it is very frustrating, any jobs or progress made in the job is reset and gone, all for nothing.

I have a friend new to the city and the same thing is happening to him.

my graphics are all on normal. nothing crazy. I have a decent computer. ryzen 5600, 32 gb ddr4 ram, rtx 4060. no overheating. m.2 SSds.
