Radio causing push to talk to stay on

sometimes when i use my radio it causes my voicebox to stay activated

i have changed the keybind to another key twice to make sure it wasnt my keyboard or a conflicting keybind. im not sure how to reproduce it perfectly but its caused by using the radio for sure.
