Racing QoL

Suggestions

Noticed a bug maybe it’s just a unintended feature lol

[ When signed into an Active Race and the racing UI is up on your screen,
there is no seat belt indicator. I have to turn my music off and/or listen closely to tell if I
buckle my seat belt / racing harness ]

There is a seatbelt indicator on the bottom right of the speedometer on the racing UI. It looks like a more traditional seatbelt symbol rather than the one in the normal driving UI
