queue is so broken

can the queue system be fixed its so rigged to knock people back its unrealy there can be 50 in the queue you can leave and come back in at 38 or somthing then when you get down to single figures bang back to 30 again but the queue behind you doesnt get longer if its a money grab to get people to buy priority just say so
