Quality of life issues need to be addressed:

Accidentally going to rip people out of cars

Useless materials with one crafting recipe like Copper Wire

Car doors locked and having to repeatedly try to unlock it

City wide headaches and voice box issues

Liveries, colors, performance mods, etc regularly falling off of cars

Shoulder pets/trophies not aligned to skills and completely unusable

Eating/Drinking during other actions can break your character until you fly out

Trucking trailers snapping back on the truck after unhitching

Hunting animals giving no XP and no sellables after skinning randomly
