Quality of Life.

So, as ive been around the city I cant help but feel like the city is dead. Its very quiet and stuff. I noticed its because there is little to no local traffic, Its very very little. I was wondering if maybe the local traffic could be turned up a bit. Just a bit dreery. And i may be mistaken but that is just my take on it. Love the city though so far everything else is an improvement to any other city ive been to.
