Progen Itali GTO s class

I recently bought a progen itali GTO and fully upgraded the car but unfortunately the car underperforms for a s class worth about a mil in city. The car is good at acceleration but lacks in top speed by alot for a s class. The car sticks at 150-155 and doesn’t want to even hit 160mph even though some b classes and most of all A classes go 160.
