Point Muscle is Cooked

Since the new emote menu was put into place I am unable to use my B muscle to point. I have assigned all hotkeys back to default, deleted cache, reinstalled FiveM and GTA and the issue still persists. Others have also reported the same issue when asking in discussion within Discord.
