Pillbox Airlift

When there are no EMS, (particularly during ‘degen’ hours) - an option for ‘Airlift’ next to respawn, which transports people to pillbox so they aren’t forced to respawn when no help is available. Could make the medical bill between 3-5k for the provided service. Would also help the pressure placed on EMS by the community to be a 24/7 emergency service.
