Penalty of losing items if EMS arent online

Ive been playing for 2 weeks maybe and im mainly european, at the times im awake around 50-70 others are as well and for the majority of that time there arent EMS online, even in american times there arent that many but thats besides the point, if we’re dying in a roadcrash its unrealistic that no one responds like in real life, so it only makes sense to lower the penalty if theres no EMS online
