PD & NEW RACING EXPANSION

I don’t want to ruin the PD’s rp when it comes to interfering with racers because I actually look forward to and enjoy when the races get too hot. However, PD should have access to the leaderboards so that they are able to see when someone is new to the scene. I feel that if some of these racers whom are trying really hard to learn keep getting nabbed they may never come back and kill the scene before it ever truly starts.

If it’s a new racer, who has no record of wins and clearly sits at the bronze tier; they should absolutely have the dongle confiscated and even an impound but most of our new racers have a hard time focusing on learning the new content and shouldn’t be afraid of tarnishing their character’s rep to learn something new.
