paying employees through business app

when paying employees through the business app, it doesn’t make a log at all of how much was sent/ who it was sent to or show any money withdrawn from the account when you look through recent transactions at the bank, it only shows the hourly rate being deducted from the account.

if this can somehow be implemented for audit purposes would be much appreciated! ty

can we also get a option in our business app to control our hourly rates for employees based on their positions?
