Non whitelist RP Civilian Job

When I played in the city yesterday, I noticed there weren’t any non-whitelisted civilian jobs that encouraged rp between each group. There is a script I’ve used on other servers that adds a security trucking job. It allows robberies from criminals which lets cops get more interaction with civilians running this job.
