My suggestions
Adding some better staff as it seems to take a long time for staff to respond to things
Stopping people from constantly running into drugs labs for example yesterday I was in there with a friend 2 guys ran in with guns and said you should be better equipped yet your meant to fear guns so we did because they had them pointed at us then they left and another guy walked in and they came back in minutes after and robbed him so they just camped the lab
And maybe just trying to level out the economy abit better

I agree aswell. We pay a fair amount for this city. If you add up what everyone is paying. You would find it weird they cant pay someone to respond on tickets 24/7. Besides that, my friend who pays for 2 storages, citizinship, has 4 cars from the store. He get randomly banned for no reason in a weekend they finally have off from work. And now they gotta wait the whole weekend because the staff is busy with other things. Could be a mistake but because of the lack of staff it becomes a problem. And its not the first time. Compensation takes more than 3 days. No one is making tickets anymore because they know how long it takes. And people in city are taking advantage of that because they know you wont get help fast.
