My suggestions

Adding some better staff as it seems to take a long time for staff to respond to things

Stopping people from constantly running into drugs labs for example yesterday I was in there with a friend 2 guys ran in with guns and said you should be better equipped yet your meant to fear guns so we did because they had them pointed at us then they left and another guy walked in and they came back in minutes after and robbed him so they just camped the lab

And maybe just trying to level out the economy abit better
