MTL Flatbed at PDM - PDM Manager

The flatbed is one of PDM’s “Businesses Only” vehicles, despite how uncommon it is to get someone to purchase one, our flatbed doesn’t function. I have attempted using a personal and a local vehicle but it ended with the same result. As PDM is the only business to sell the Flatbed, can we get the truck back to functioning order so we can assist a business (that went through the process of getting approved and) who was looking to purchase one from PDM.
