Local EMS inventory wipe

So when there are no EMS available the only option sometimes depending on timezone or where you die, is typically using the Local EMS. While I understand that there should be a penalty for those types of players who NVL and live a bit recklessly. Having an inventory wiped of valuable Legal things like food, bandages, medkits, is a bit excessive. An illegal item wipe, saying that the EMS searched your body and found contraband, makes sense, and honestly should be lucky in that regard, but losing a laptop, that doesn’t have illegal stuff on it. Losing 20 food and drink you just purchased and 20 bandages, thats a big dent, for a person who did trucking, got crashed into by a speeding driver (Who lived by the way) and then left to die, is a bit much when you aren’t able to get help.
