Livery Bug on the Coil Raiden CTX (A)

The car colour or I guess Livery constantly flashes and changes as you’re driving around or just looking around the vehicle. This happens to everyone’s eyes. It’ll have some glitched livery sometimes show and then suddenly goes back to how it originally was. I think they’re all overlapping each other or something. I think the best course would be to just completely remove liveries on the vehicle the car already looks clean without it. You can see below in the video uploaded how it cycles through to a glitched texture or alters the primary colour to a grey instead of black.
