Issues with cars

There are a few, and I would invite others to contribute but two that stand out to me are matte paint. It simply wont stick to most cars. Getting this fixed would give a lot more diversity to the cars currently in city and create a refreshed feeling.

Another issue is that for a lot of people, if you enter an instanced building such as an apartment, or, if you leave your car a distance away, it can disappear, fall under the ground, become engine dead, lose paint, neons and liveries.

This is a huge pain because you either have to push your car to a garage with another vehicle to use it again or leave it until next tsu. Also you end up spending even more money getting your cosmetics put back on the car.

And make no mistake this happens A LOT.

I assume it has something to do with server cleanup and de-renderring of assets.
