Increasing level for recycling

Suggestions

Maybe give an increase in the level max slightly for recycling and add more materials at a more rare occurrence. I hit chapter 20 and am halfway through being maxed at 40 and still getting the same mats. Just a thought

    I was meaning from the mats you get from inside the building. Sorry should have clarified that.

    You can get bonus materials when recycling weapons and other components with your recycling level.
