Improvements

i feel the city is great but there is so much room for improvements i feel maybe potentially have a couple of uk staff for gmt time even a garage run by uk people for again gmt time as there is a fair few uk players around i would love to run a garage myself but im dislexic and carnt fill out the proposal and the civ jobs need to be looked into i feel the post op job should be paid more it takes the longest to do aswell but i do feel if there was a few uk staff it would really help the city out alot in gmt times
