Heists/Robberies Cooldown

Highly suggest to make it more clear in the rules what the cooldowns are for each heist/robbery considering there is no mention about heists except for banks when it comes to cooldowns

“You must wait a minimum of 45 minutes between store robberies and minimum 2 hours between bank robberies.”

The only mention of heists particularly are
“Do not initiate any heists 15 minutes prior/post server restarts”
“You cannot counter a heist/store robbery that is already in progress”

But then when I ask staff I get this

So a better display of the rules when it comes to heists and their cooldowns would be awesome so players can avoid any miscommunication or trouble just because there is a a lack of depth in the rules. Especially newer players.
