Head popping rules.

If someone head pops mid scene/rp that shouldn’t be cause for a ban, especially with wizards constantly causing them in the city, at least people should be given a 5 min gap to fly back in a continue with where things were left off if whoever head popped has properly explained what’s going on. That shouldn’t be a excuse to kick people out of the city unless of course they are clearly trying to meta game whatever is happening.
