GSR tests not working

It seems like GSR tests are not working correctly, or at least maybe if the person shot from a car I don’t know exactly.

Was chasing someone and he shot me from his car. After we took him down, I GSR tested him and it came back negative. Bodycam footage clearly shows him shooting though.
