Group Towing functionality fixes

• Allow for all members of group to accept/reject jobs

• Allow for all members of group to hook/unhook vehicles

• Allow for all members of group to deliver target vehicles at the tow yard.

Currently the only use of having someone in your group to help with towing, is to sit in your cab as a DJ, for those of us that don’t swap drivers for preference, this makes having a group member essentially useless. Understandably there are some things which aren’t possible, such as receiving pay from tows without being near the tow truck, or having someone boost other people by using the lowest rank in the group instead. However, i believe allowing both people in the tow truck to at least do the simple tasks of the job such as picking and dropping off the vehicle, and delivering, will allow for the RP around group towing a bit less of holding someone hostage for their time, and actually having them help out with the work.

Towing Fixes / QoL

• If possible, simplify the steps to joining the tow job, as it is the easiest job to do, however even trucking has less steps to get the job started. (My idea is to go back to the old towing logic, where once you press sign in, it automatically checks for your cash to buy a truck, else continue to deny signage until payment is made for the rental.)

• Fix rentals to take money from your bank account, rather than requiring cash.

• Install an ATM into the tow office for efficiency, if rentals are to not be taken from your bank.

Currently the biggest issue with towing, is having to sign in and go through every step, just to repeat the process over because either you didn’t have cash, or the game just decides you don’t get a truck today without having to go through the entire job signing in process to see if it’s you, or the game hating you. Allowing rental’s to come from your bank account, or adding an ATM to the tow yard which will allow for safe and efficient access to your cash, without having to run down the block, and be hit by the countless cars driving like mad men with hard on’s for running red lights.
