Game crash when entering specific ocean area while using rental boats (GTA5_b3570.exe error)

Describe the bug
While operating a rental boat, my game consistently crashes when entering a specific ocean area. After the initial crash, repeated attempts to reconnect resulted in either the same GTA V crash or a connection failed error. The issue persists after restarting the game, clearing cache, restarting my PC, resetting my internet, using a different character, choosing a different spawn location, and renting a different boat. The crash reliably occurs again when approaching the same area of the map.

How to Reproduce the Behavior

1. Rent a boat.

2. Travel toward the same ocean area where the original crash occurred.

3. As the area is approached, the game crashes with a GTA V executable error.

4. Attempting to reconnect after the crash often results in repeated crashes as the game zooms into that starting location or with “connection failed” errors.

5. Even after clearing cache, restarting the PC, resetting internet, switching characters, choosing a different spawn location, and renting a different boat, the crash occurs again when entering the same area.

Expected Behaviour
The game should not crash when entering this area. I should be able to travel through the area by boat without client crashes or connection failures.

Additional Context
After restarting my PC, I was able to load into the server by selecting a different starting location. I then rented another boat and returned to the area where the original crash occurred to see if I could recover my items. Upon entering the same area, the game crashed again with a GTA5_b3570.exe error. This suggests the crash may be tied to that specific location or something loading in that area rather than my client or internet connection. I did not notice anyone in that area and it is an area I travel often and this is the first time I have had an issue. The area is between the north outlet from the Alamo sea and the Zancudo airforce base on the west side of the map in the ocean.
