FORAGING DUMPSTERS

Ive noticed a huge difference in how much materials im getting from doing dumpsters and its at a all time low.. idk if its my luck today or what but being chapter 100 for awhile now and noticed the crap pulls from dumpsters lately and thats one of my main hobbies in city so its very noticeable to me. would appreciate a look into this if possible, thank you ! here is a memory from today pulling dumpsters half way thru my spot and i normally come out with easily double that normally.
