Flying in dead when flying out healthy and losing everything I worked for!

if flying in dead is not fixed? Then, why is local EMS still taking everything out of your pockets? Can we please turn off the fact that local EMS takes your items until we for sure know that flying in dead is fixed, PLEASE I'm begging!!!
