Fixes to trucking

doing trucking for the hospital in the city there is a 50/50 chance that it will bug and the person you deliver goods to is not there this has happened 3 or 4 times and it has only happened specifcally when i have to deliver goods to the hopsital smh also there are times in which you are waiting for the truck and it bugs and cancel the trucking job because somehow you are too far from the trailer job
