Fix for Escort

After about 30 minutes inside of the city, Escorting a player via Cuff actions often gets scuffed. Most times you physically cannot see the cuff actions option at all in the z menu. If there is a way to fix this permanently or atleast for any time it does bug out, suggestions are welcome.
