Experience Gain Nerf?

It feels like pretty much all sources of Experience gain for skills has been drastically decreased and feels like it is almost impossible to level at an ok rate for anyone to get there I understand it is meant to be a grind but it feels like its not a grind you just sit there for days/weeks at the same point with no progression.
