Eclispe Tower Black Screen Upon Entry

When I enter my Eclipse tower apt, it will Black Screen Me and force me to F8 and Fly back in. When Flying Back in It’ll let me Fly into the Eclipse Tower but Upon Entering it will Show me A Red interior and Not the Interior I had Originally. My storage is still Normal so not sure what the issue is with Entering the Building.
