Drug pricing needs a revamp

According to state legislation, heroin is a Class 2 drug that carries a higher fine and jail time; however, it sells for less than Class 1 marijuana. Many people in the city would consider it extremely scarce in terms of finding the location, processing it, and selling it. You have to rent a boat, find the seeds, which aren’t a solid guarantee with each plant, go back to the mainland and grow it, then go back to process it, come back to the mainland AGAIN to sell it. It simply makes no sense why heroin should be selling for less of a profit than tropical kush.
