Dispatcher as a separate service in the services

So I suspect that the reason you can’t call the police is that not every officer wants to be dealing with a call in the middle of a job?

I wanted to suggest building a system where you could call police dispatch, or 911 or whatever. Also would love to put my money where my mouth is and say that if this role is even tested out I would throw my hat in to do that job and be a desk jockey for hours at a time in a heartbeat.
