Differences between T1/T2 & T3 luxury interiors for house robberies.

Theres no improvement between t1/t2/t3 luxury interiors, im nearly chapter 70 now and as i grinded to 65, i noticed that t3 luxury interiors never have safes to lockpick, this is strange and weird as youd think youd get better loot/rewards in the highest tier for houses but you dont. i usually get safes only in tier 1 standard houses, or tier 1 luxury.

If i get a safe in a T3 house it would not be available to loot/lockpick and will be glitched. Please fix this issue as me and many others have grinded a LONG time to hit chapter 65 for t3, and we feel like reaching that chapter is proving useless and a waste of time.

so in this image, i entered a t3 luxury interior. and i know this as they usually give you the highest xp per search out of all tiers. and here you can see the PC section is lockpickable, but the safe cannot be third-eyed.
