Dev who can do this - Please Remove s_m_y_cop_01 NPC from Government Trucking Runs

Please see my ticket from 14 days ago, I am now certain the issue where delivery NPC for trucking doesn’t appear is due to the NPC s_m_y_cop_01 as every single time the NPC doesn’t appear, it is s_m_y_cop_01 in the F8 Data. All screenshots are in my last ticket with F8 data. Removing that NPC or the runs associated with that should the bug without needing to figure out what caused it.
